Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. Please ensure all property details, access information, and shoot requirements are accurately provided at the time of booking.

2. Access & Property Readiness

It is your responsibility to ensure the property is photo-ready at the scheduled time. If the property is not accessible or not prepared, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or extended time on site.

3. Payment Terms

Once the photography session has taken place, payment becomes mandatory and non-negotiable, regardless of whether the photos are downloaded, used, or published.
Invoices will be issued upon completion of the shoot and are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service.

5. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Marie Visuals and are licensed for use in the marketing of the property for sale or lease. Images may not be resold outside the scope of this agreement without prior written permission.

6. Weather Conditions

If weather conditions impact the quality of the shoot, we may offer to reschedule or proceed at the client’s discretion. Additional fees may apply for revisits or retouching.

7. Property Condition & Liability

Marie Visuals is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or rearranging spaces. The client must ensure the property is safe and accessible. While all care is taken, Marie Visuals is not liable for any accidental damage or injury occurring on-site.

8. Archiving

Final images will be stored for up to 12 months. After this period, Marie Visuals reserves the right to delete files. It's the client's responsibility to download and back up all delivered assets.

9. Usage by Marie Visuals

Marie Visuals reserves the right to use any images for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and portfolio, unless the client expressly opts out in writing at the time of booking.

10. Image Style, Composition & Editing

All media is delivered with basic editing included, consistent with the Marie Visuals style. While specific requests are welcome and will be considered, Marie Visuals retains full creative discretion over how images are captured, including but not limited to framing, angles, lighting, and editing approach.

Additional editing or custom retouching beyond the standard offering may be quoted separately. If you require a specific photographic style or must-have shots, this must be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot.
